Numerous firms accumulate large quantities of data or transactions after importing information systems and services, which leads to troubles with procedure. Firms also have demands find customers’ from datasets understand how develop marketing strategies accurately adjust their operational methods. Therefore, this study proposed customer ranking combined Big Data process based on the RFM model (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) a recommendation algorithm using an association rule, finds greater promote effects firms. We weight potential perform ranking, is conducted by agglomerate hierarchical clustering. Finally, we present rule for each level.The in use actual sales data; therefore, they are authentic been practically applied. The metrics evaluation showed that recommended system his proposes highly accurate.
